Here is something to do to become even more aware of gratitude.
This is a Tom Brown exercise:
Walk from A to B - across a field or in the woods.
Having walked from point A to point B, now do it again at half the speed of your first walk.
Now, do it again at half that speed again until you are barely walking and noticing, seeing, hearing, and feeling what is around you as you journey in precious, generous, spreading steps.
