I am going to bring another post forward into the main body of the blog because, again, I think it is so important. Imagine if we viewed each person who as Alzheimers in this light, and I know the challenges that Alzheimers presents. Steve's brother has it, as did my uncle. It is not easy for those who support and surround.

My mother has Alzheimers and is often in that world of light. Sometimes I think she is like the monk who spent his whole life trying to live in the moment .... she has done that now.
I think the thing that is most clear to me when I am with her is that we are just two souls sitting side by side, no more words.
It is a lovely feeling.
