Today was a day of daffodils and tulips. Now, the moon is an exuberant light in the sky, and it is brisk outside.
I am reading Annick Smith's book, Homestead. She writes, "When you can see your breath, you know you are alive."
It is a marker, for sure, and an opportunity to see the inner warmth meet the cold, to allow the openness that beckons outside.
