summer here today -
I head out for a walk to the store. Children's birthday parties are popped up all over, as are garage sales. It is fun to walk by and see that there is absolutely nothing I need. Two Weber barbecues are set by the curb, offered for free. I have a barbecue. There is a love seat for $10.00. I have no room. Mostly there are items for children, cribs, clothes, and toys. I realize as I pass by that, other than food, I do not need to buy another thing in my lifetime. I have enough. It is lovely to feel so free.
Ah, if I keep walking, I may need new shoes.
