A friend of mine saw WALL-E  yesterday and she had the following to say about the previews.  She is retired but worked as a therapist at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto for many years.

I felt the previews at the movies were overstimulating and had to cover my eyes.  I kept thinking for someone with a seizure disorder, this would trigger a seizure.

I, too, was shocked at the level of noise and intensity of the previews for a G rated movie.  No wonder so many of our children have problems.

In an ad for Allstate, I see that "Nearly one third of teens admit to texting while driving."   I don't know if it is that high, but I was informed that it is still legal to text in CA.  How can anyone be a good driver while texting, especially a teenager?

I see my computer is out of date.  It thinks that the word texting is misspelled.
