Check it out:
"All water molecules now in existence were here when the earth first formed."
I read that in Heron Dance. Isn't that amazing? Wow!
We played with water today, too, fresh water in the stream with fish and frogs, and a tide pool with tides that swoosh in and drain out with crabs and sea stars. The fish, frogs, crabs, and sea stars are plastic, but the lessons are there.
We all had a great time, and we missed whole sections. We need to go back for the trains, plays, activities and art.
It's fun to be a kid and learn how to share the toys. It's not always the easiest thing but it seems that at the Discovery Museum all children and adults learn to get along.
