The Forgiveness Practice!
I first saw Fred Luskin speak when I was attending a workshop at Asilomar. He was just a kid at the time or so it seemed and everyone was entranced with his energy and enthusiasm. I have seen him speak several times since and I appreciate the work he has done and developed.
