Good Morning!
It is soft gray today, no much-needed rain in the moment. It is now guaranteed we will go to water rationing. Since most of us are already very careful, it will definitely be a change. In Marin, we are dependent on our local reservoirs for water, so we are always aware of rainfall, of which there has not been enough. I don't mind the stop and go shower with the bucket placed there to use to flush, but I do worry for my trees.
I am driving to Fairfield today to meet a friend who will drive from Sacramento. We meet mid-way. My son will be here to spend the night when I return so I am a very happy camper.
I was thinking today about the bombardment of news. Some days I think we need to walk away from it all and sit on a lovely bench within.
