I struggle to understand sometimes what we humans do to each other in the name of power and fear. I also read about how constantly checking the internet and email interferes with our ability to focus so I am setting stricter guidelines on how and when I use the internet. My intention is to continue movement into a little more connection with what I really feel. It is so easy to get caught up in the news and I appreciate knowing what is going on and now how do I personally become more liquid and light. My intention is to Become Peaceful! May this day open opportunities for me to reflect more light. Each cell requests an honoring room.
