Good Morning -

I wake this morning so full of, and grateful for, life, all life, for all. Waves of gratitude are flowing through me, and I feel such love for all that is here, for however it is. I woke with an image of Blackie's Pasture in Strawberry and the bay there and the view of the city and then, I expanded outward to views of all that is here, immersion in every aspect of life. Perhaps, it is Thich Nhat Hanh's poem that triggered it, or all the loving gifts from you. I would love to be able to describe what I feel right now. The words that come are gratitude, appreciation, immersion, awe, and love. I feel my heart area as not just a heart. My whole trunk is aglow. Ah, the sun just lit the hill. Soon, it will reach down and touch me, and it already has. A beautiful day to All!
