Where is morality?

When I read how much will be made off Michael Jackson's estate now that he is dead and I learn from people who saw him near the end that there was no way he could do the tour, I have to wonder how many were involved in making sure his life would end since it seems he is worth more dead than alive. If someone gives me drugs that will obviously kill me, how then are they not responsible for my death? How is it different than shooting me with a gun?
