A Winter Feast for the Soul!
Last year I participated in A Winter Feast for the Soul. The intention is that we can change our lives in forty days, so forty days of different kinds of meditation are offered. I chose the Sufi meditation and participated twice a day though once is enough. You can listen to the recordings at any time.
