One comment is that people love the mix of journal entries and poetry. One intent with that is to give a bit of a break. We are aware the book can be intense at times.
Those who first read the book on their computers are noticing how much more powerful the book is when read in book form. There is a different impact when we hold a book in our hand.
That brings me to the subject of e-books. Breast Strokes is on Kindle, but I think the impact is stronger, if impact you want, in book form.
