Periodically I attend a baseball game. I was at the opening of Yankee Stadium and now Steve's sister and her husband are up visiting from San Diego, and so we will attend an afternoon Giants-Padres game. Since the Padres have won the last five and since San Diego was my home for a long time, Sue is suggesting I wear a Padres cap. I am thinking that surely the Giants can win one game in this series. We'll see but the point is not to watch the game, at least for me, but to gather the clan. We'll take an early ferry over and others will arrive in various ways of transport and we'll share a beautiful day along San Francisco bay.
