Boycott Wells Fargo -

Each time we've bought a house or re-financed, a great deal of money has gone toward a title search, but, as we know, these days, there are all sorts of tricks.  I am one who believes in the buyer being aware, but in this case, it sounds like Wells Fargo is well aware of malfeasance and also aware that legally they can do what they want to do, which is to completely mislead to the point of theft.
