Thanks to the rain, Coho salmon have returned to Lagunitas Creek, which means there may be some salmon activity in Redwood Creek in Muir Woods.  I'm due for a visit.  I'm enjoying firelight, candlelight, and watching leaves fall and branches more firmly claim their space.   We enter solstice time and this full moon will bring a lunar eclipse which I probably won't see through the clouds, but I'm grateful for the rain.
