Gentle Strength

I'm heading over to the East Bay for a good-bye celebration party with my son Chris,  and his wife Frieda, Jeff and Jan, and others.  Chris and Frieda leave on Thursday night for a year in London.

I'm excited and thrilled with possibility for them,  and for myself, and also, tender with the parting.  Transition.  Change.

My son Jeff and his wife Jan were married five years ago today.  Five years.  Who could imagine?

It's a celebratory Day!!
