Beauty and Life

We enjoyed a beautiful day yesterday, pure delight.  Our daughter-in-law is here from London and we spent time in SF together and rode the ferry back and forth.   A daughter-in-law is such a gift that I am struck today with the beauty and light of it.  I have two, Frieda, and Jan, and I love them both, and there is something so sparkling and shiny bright about the relationship, that I am in bliss.

I have written about what Sensory Awareness means in my life.  Stefan is one of the leaders, and he is posting quite magnificently about what the work means to him.
