This morning during meditation I was remembering back to fourth grade when I was in the play Sleeping Beauty. I was the fairy who gave kindness. In refreshing myself on the story, with thanks to Google, I see there were only three fairies, but I was in a large class, so there were many fairies giving various gifts. I don't think I appreciated the value of my gift at the time.

When I came to my email, there was this message.

I think most of us attempt to be kind to others, but we are often less kind to ourselves. We often speak to ourselves in an angry tone. Why did you do that? Why didn't you do that? Many of us beat ourselves up around procrastination.
