Chicago -

As I walk around, memories refresh.   Yesterday, when I saw the ferris wheel, invented here, I remembered attending this exposition as a child.

I used to swim in the lake.  When I was 9, my grandmother and aunt took me to the Conrad Hilton for dinner, and the Ice Show.  I remember root beer floats and Marshall Fields at Easter and lunch with the Easter Bunny.   I feel like I'm opening a treasure chest, pulling out pearls, emeralds and diamonds, memories of the past.
