The "good" kind of fatigue

My mind was a jumble this morning and I thought a walk of a mile and a half through Muir Woods to Alice Eastwood campground would do the trick to put it back in balance and ease.   I headed into the woods, and then, thought I might have left my car lights on, so went back to the car and then decided heading up the Dipsea was the way to go, so up, up, up in rain, mist, and fog, then, down, down, down, and then, back up, and again down.  I walked for four hours, came home, ate, and took a bath.  The thoughts are resting, as am I.
