The house next to me is on the market. One man lived there alone, and then, another. It has been quiet. Now, there will be change. I wonder who comes, perhaps a family, or not. It is a cottage, a meditative place. The deer hop easily over a simple wire fence. Our yards, his and ours, have been some of the few left natural so our habitat is alive with creatures who harmonize, each with a niche.
I sit today with change. I am happy, aware more and more of the preciousness of each moment, of the serenity and sacredness that resides deep within when I pause. I string on vibration these days, as though flying on the stabilizing ribbon of a kite, aware of opening more and more doors, as I listen with gratitude, and receive.
