Falling Leaves -

I used to post daily, several times a day.  A friend asks why her friends aren't posting.  I see it's been a week.  I haven't been in the Bay area.  I was on the East coast.  I visited my brother and his family in CT.  My niece and I attended a Sensory Awareness workshop retreat at the Garrison Institute in NY.  I enjoyed the green and fall leaves, the peace and stimulation of the entry into autumn that comes this time of year.  Now, I am home, with heat.  What have I learned?  There is beauty everywhere; peace is found within, and it requires constant cultivation and sowing of seeds.
