Elephant Ears!

My book group is meeting here tonight and we read a book on the intelligence and empathy of elephants.  They attach, remember, and grieve.

I thought it would be fun to make elephant cookies but then I found this recipe for elephant ears.  They are easy and delicious.  Thumbs up.

I must admit not all my cookies look like elephant ears.  Some look like bunny ears, but all of the cookies are yummy good.
