It is the time of year to fall back into arms of trust. The increasing darkness allows us to lay a wreath of flickering candlelight in heart and chest. We notice the poor and needy. Perhaps we notice something calling in us. Lately, I hear so many "shoulds".
What if we let the shoulds go and follow where we are entered and led? What if we settle into trust like sugar whipped into cream?
To have faith is to trust yourself to the water. When you swim you don't grab hold of the water, because if you do you will sink and drown. Instead you relax, and float.
