Tender -

The light today is tender, soft.  This morning pink filled the sky, now gray.  It is weather for meditation and introspection.

Today I am with these words from a book by Deng Ming-Dao, 365 Tao Daily Meditations.

Scars

Markings in dry clay disappear
Only when the clay is soft again.
Scars upon the self disappear
Only when one becomes soft within.


May the day soften within you.
