With that, I decided to image this aching in my head as an expansion of light, as the sun tapping from within my head with a chisel to open up the tightness of this cranium which can no longer hold the changes going on.
Tap! Tap! Tap! I image light looking for ways out of my head. It is trying especially hard on the upper left side to get through. : ) Tap, Tap, Tap. Can I see this ache as Joy?
I came to my email and there is this from Ellen -
Ramana Maharshi:
"Place your burden at the feet of the Lord of the
Universe
who accomplishes everything.
Remain all the time steadfast in the
heart,
in the Transcendental Absolute.
God knows the past, present and
future.
He will determine the future for you
and accomplish the work.
What is to be done will be done
at the proper time. Don't worry.
Abide in the heart and surrender your acts
to the divine."
I check out Ramana Maharshi and find these words from Jnana Vashistha, "Between two thoughts there is an interval of no thought. That interval is the Self, the Atman. It is pure Awareness only."
Hmmm! I will try and sit between my thoughts today, between the tapping, judging, deciding, supposed knowing, rushing, pushing, and expectation. I will try to sit in silence and peace for a piece of this day, and open nature like an orange. Yum! Pure scent! The segments are toys.
Happy two days after Thanksgiving to YOU!!
love,
cathy
