"Our Smiles Come from Our Hearts!"

A friend informs me her granddaughter has a rare disorder called Moebius Syndrome. It is characterized by lifetime facial paralysis. People with Moebius Syndrome can't smile or frown, and they often can't blink or move their eyes from side to side. In some instances, the syndrome is also associated with physical problems in other parts of the body. This child is having a multitude of problems, but when I check out the website for Moebius Syndrome, I read their motto, their slogan, "Our Smiles Come from Our Hearts." I love how people find the silver lining in whatever happens to them or their family members. Take care!!
