The Tortilla Curtain!!

When I read of Bush's latest plan to award multi-billion dollar contracts to big military contractors, to build a "virtual fence," I am reminded of the book The Tortilla Curtain  by T. C. Boyle.   When we keep people out, what do we keep in?   Fear grows and grows, until it explodes. 

I would prefer to see other solutions explored, and my intention for today is equanimity.    May this be so!
