I am well. I see that the new Superman will return to the original intention, and fight for "truth and justice." In the fifties, "and the American way," was added, and now, that has been dropped. It makes sense that Superman might have difficulty with the American way that Bush has devised. I am grateful that the Supreme Court has finally reined the lunacy in.
Petra informs me that Germany is playing Argentina today. Not having followed any soccer at all, I am going to root or route for Germany today. I suddenly realized that though I say root for something, root looks odd to me. I look it up. Root it is. No routing today.
It is the beginning of what is probably a four day weekend for most Americans who are hopefully alive in the "fight for truth and justice." Let's root, and route for that, and all be well.
