ice cream for breakfast -

I am perusing the cookbook by Margaret S. Fox, Morning Food, Cafe Beaujolais.   She says this.

    IF ICE CREAM DIDN'T EXIST

    If ice cream didn't exist and someone came along and said, "I've found a fantastic new way to combine my favorite breakfast ingredients:  cream, sugar, and fruit, and then, remarkably, I freeze it!" we'd all be eating ice cream for breakfast and thinking nothing of it.
