Hooray for California!!

I am thrilled that California is continuing to cut emissions, and that we lead the way, at least, in this country.  We are behind some of the other more progressive countries, but, at least, we stand against the dam of the past.

I got my hair cut yesterday by a wonderful woman, and she was able to add some texture and height to it by layering.  What amazes me is how different my face looks even with that little touch.  I see why people spend so much money on hair, as it does change things, though I'm not sure I necessarily look any better, just different.   Of course, it will probably not look like that today after I wash it, as she was very busy with gel and a hair dryer, and I have no intention of using those two things, so, for a day, I had a soft spiky look, and that was fun to see.    She,also, said, she could carry me through the "difficult" stage if I did want my hair to be longer.  I think, for now, short is best for me.

This morning the bedroom window was open, and Bella and Tiger were sitting up on the sill looking out.   Tiger actually had the open window spot, but Bella shoved him out of the way, and after, three movements forward and back, jumped out the window into the bushes below.   She then went over to Mandu's elimination spot, so, we will see.   The window is now closed, and, in the moment, two indoor kitties are chasing around the house.   Their tummies are newly full.

Today, is an update of their shots day.  That should be fun.   So, school has started, and, of course, the day is warm and clear.   Some things do stay the same.

Happy almost Labor Day and end of summer weekend!!
