"Be mindful of how you approach time. Watching the clock is not the same as watching the sun rise."

The fog poured back over the hills last night, so I see light, a later light. The days are squeezing in on both ends.
Today, we are getting our driveway paved. It has been quite a discussion with the neighbors as we like our road rustic, and yet, drainage in the winter rains is a problem. Since we have now decided to delay road paving another year, because one neighbor says it was a dry winter in Chile, therefore, it will be a dry winter here, it still seems good to have a driveway that is not washing away, so, it will be an interesting day of activity and smell.
Jeff is here, and he and a gander of guys are going to Reno for his bachelor party. I am invited to the Bachelorette party next Thursday and am looking forward to that. It will be my first one, but, sounds reasonably tame.
The kitties had their vet visit and passed with flying colors. Everyone ooed and awed over them. They are quite the kitties!
So, enjoy this Friday, and approach time with a wise fishing line.
