I walked along the marsh this morning, and almost cried, it was so beautiful. There were some waves from the wind, and the birds were out, floating on the water. The tide is in, and the mountain beckoned to me with sureness of support.
I am now with, the touch of outside. For so long, I was within, and now, I have a core from which to reach out, and touch the outside, and allow what surrounds, in. I feel permeable, and, aware, of noticing my boundaries and what nourishes me, and, ushering that in, while also, choosing where to gently move, and allow what I don't need to drift away.
I, also, am very tired, and am trying to rest, rest, rest, and renew. May the day bring rest, renewal, and growth to us all!
