The adirondack boat -

Today I learned about the adirondack boat.   Our accountant and his wife inherited one, and have been going to out of the way lakes and exploring.  He sits backward and rows, so he is facing her, and she paddles, and they each see different things and point them out to each other, and talk.  He says there is peace and quiet in CA.   There are quiet lakes.  Check out the boat at:   http://www.adirondack-guide-boat.com/
