Good Morning!!

It is another beautiful day.  Yesterday I saw deep pink blossoms of Quince.  What a thrill.  I am involved in a weekend workshop of sensory awareness so am again off early this morning.   We practiced yesterday with how we deal with discomfort.   In yesterday's moment, I melted around it.  It was amazing to feel the give in my spine and the release in my diaphragm so that was my experience and it was quite fine.

May today be another step on the path toward enlightenment for each of us.

The birds are singing.   Hooray!!
