One ought every day at least, to hear a little song, read a good poem, see a fine picture, and if it were possible, to speak a few reasonable words.
I set intention for this.
Certainly the birds today are singing their songs for me to hear. There is a little trill outside my window right now that is ecstatically sweet!!
