My teeth are sparkling clean and I had a delightfully friendly dentist visit as always. The latest thing is to put a lavender pillow on your eyes as they work. Pretty fun.
Driving back, turning onto my street, I saw a tree trunk that looked like a giraffe. It was startlingly similar and so now I like thinking a giraffe lives at the end of my street.
I am feeling rested. Last night I was surprised to hear the "horror" stories of people trying to get published, but this book is different and fills a niche, and our feedback is different, and so I am back to feeling quite positive today. All is well!!
I sift now through piles of stuff to do, being grateful for time and energy to do them. I realized today how grateful I am for my dentist and her staff. If anyone is looking for someone good in dentistry, Dorothy Slattery in Mill Valley is great.
