Thoughts -

A dear friend called me today with problems and we spoke a long time.  I am struck with the fragility of life and the strength.  The other day I walked along the marsh with tears in my eyes because each moment is so precious and embraces life and death, joy and sorrow.  I continue to be ever more struck by the beauty of this world in which we live and by how much we adjust to continuing change.

I ask for prayers for my friend.
