Good Morning!!

I am rushing to catch the 6:35 Larkspur Landing ferry but I wanted to say how much this conference gives me hope.  There are four categories, spiritual, health, the environment, and political activism.  We all walked the labyrinth together and I will do so each day.  These are people writing, working and believing in change.

After the evening event which was wonderful food, wine and networking, four of us went to the Fairmont for hot chocolate.  How cold is it in August when the fog is blowing in?   Cold!   It turns out that though each of us came with a book about health and spirituality, we each have a children's book.  We agree that is the place to reach;  begin with the children, so I head back to the city on a cold, dark day with a heart filled with sun and joy.
