There is definitely a crack in the air today. It seems all I speak to who live in the Bay area felt the earthquake last night at 8:04. I remember being at a memorial service years ago, and the minister pointed out that those of us who live in the Bay Area are well aware that the earth moves under our feet. So, this shove of the Calaveras fault may affect the Hayward fault. We'll see. Nothing like a little elbow and knee room. I must admit that there has been so much talk about Halloween now that the actual day appears, it feels anti-climatic. Obviously I don't have small children. We already ate all our Halloween candy, and since we rarely get Trick or Treaters., when I restock today, it will probably again end up in our tummies.
