Evening -

A friend and I decided to head out to Point Reyes, to Pierce Point, my healing place.  We ate lunch at the Parkside in Stinson Beach.  A group of children were trick-or-treating, and it was so sweet to see them carefully, and for some, courageously reach into the bowl of candy.  It is such a huge deal for them.

It was foggy at Pierce Point and perfect to walk and sit and let go.  I truly felt bent with sorrow, and now, I am feeling a bit better.  There is no better place to grieve and heal.  

We watched the movie, "Snowcake," this evening.  It is a must-see.

May tomorrow bring a little more ease.
